My cousin Dick was 15 years older than I am, but he was always so loving and full of sweet talk to all of us little cousins. I only have wonderful memories of him at family reunions from childhood to adulthood. We enjoyed a lot of Groh love and laughter! I wish I could have seen him more these past years, but I am happy I connected with him via Facebook and messenger this last year. God bless him and his family.❤

Well paw paw you are walking with the Lord now. Watching over all of us. You were a very loved man. As friends and family lay you to rest we will all remember how funny and kind you were! You lived a happy long life full of adventure and happiness and thats all you can ask for. I love you paw paw! Fly high with the Lord

I picture him captaining a large fishing boat catching fish to share with Jesus on the shore. I picture him listening intently, sitting at the feet of Jesus with that look on his face he used to get when listening hard. I picture him learning, understanding, accepting all the questions and wonders he did not experience on earth finally being answered. And finally, I picture him wide-eyed with child-like awe, in peace, with gentleness, and loving kindness that only Jesus can freely give. So, it's Farewell Daddy but not Good-bye. It is with loving gratitude I bid you farewell,
    Your loving daughter,
    Suzanne (SuSu)
