Alta Walden

Alta Rudelle Walden 1919-2018 A native of Leitchfield, KY and longtime resident of Mobile, AL died on Saturday, April 21, 2018 at the age of 99. Mrs. Walden was a past member of Government Street Baptist Church. She loved traveling to military reunions with her second husband who served in WWII and was career military. She was also a past member of the Order of Eastern Star. Rudelle was preceded in death by two husbands, William A. Whatley and William R. Walden; and one daughter, Barbara W. Wooley. She is survived by a son, W. David (Kathy) Whatley; three grandchildren, Heath A. (Kelly) Wooley, Dane A. (Kathy) Wooley and W. Jason (Jennifer) Whatley; three great grandchildren.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation beginning at 11:00 AM.
