Ann Marie Campanile Monteleone, 91, a native of Jersey City, NJ and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Wednesday, August 5, 2015 after a long and joyous life. She dedicated her life to being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, "Nana" and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents, Armondo Campanile and Nicoletta Marie Luberti Campanile; her husband, Barney Christopher Monteleone; her sister, Constance Binetti; and her brothers, Dominic Campanile, Sonny Campanile and John Campanile. Her survivors include her son, Barney (Christina) Monteleone; her daughter, Carol Monteleone Clark; her sister, Rita (Joseph) Lucania; six grandchildren, Ashley (Chris) Chin; John (Teresa) Monteleone; Angela Clark (David) Tunstall; Allecia Clark; Rachele (David) Castaneda; and Michael (Megan) Monteleone; 16 beautiful great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, August 7, 2015 at 11:00 AM from St. Dominic Catholic Church. The family will receive friends at the church Friday morning from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
