Ashley Andress

September 15, 1976 — January 28, 2023

Ashley Andress, age 46, passed away at home on January 28, 2023. He was born on September 15, 1976, to Mike and Debbie Andress. Ashley was a lifelong resident of Mobile, Alabama. He is survived by his mother, Debbie Raybon Andress, his father, Mike (Carole) Andress, his son, Ethan Michael Andress, and his daughter, Reagan Alexandria Andress. He is also survived by his beloved Measie, Stella Watson Raybon, his sisters, Nicole (Stephen) Landry and Shelley (George) Naman along with 4 nephews and 2 nieces: Joshua (Katherine) Landry, Matthew (Samantha) Landry, Trace Naman, Noah Landry, Caroline Naman and Riley Kate Naman.
Ashley also leaves behind a close extended family including his uncle and aunt, Jeff and Kelly Raybon, cousins Kati (Evan) Lancaster, Keegan (Robby) McWhorter, Kandace Raybon, Jeffrey Raybon, Jonathan Kilcullen, and Catelin (Stephen) Breland, along with special friends and family including the mother of his children, Amanda Andress Burns. He was preceded in death by his Popa, JW Raybon, his paternal grandparents, James and Eva Andress, and his paternal aunt, Lana Killcullen.
Over the course of his life, Ashley attended Lakeview Assembly of God, Knollwood Assembly of God, and Forest Hill Church of God. He had previously taught elementary school. He was a passionate Alabama fan who could recall statistics from many years back. Yet, the first thing that comes to mind when one thinks of Ashley was his ability to make people laugh, no matter what he or the person was going through. It was truly his gift. His true joy in life, however, came from spending time with his two children, Ethan and Reagan.
