Audrey Long

Audrey Jones Long a native resident of Mobile, AL since 1934 passed away on the afternoon of Wednesday, March 10, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband, Ben T. Jones, her son, Roger Dale Shepherd, and her parents, Dennis and Velma McInnis. She is survived by sister, Bonnie Potts, her brother, Larry McInnis (Ana), niece, Sharon Hurst (Jim), nephew, Darren Ritter (Jenny), and niece, Karla McInnis, many other family members, and friend and sister Shirley Prince Callahan. She retired from Kimberly Clark after 30 years of service and was an active member of the Magnolia Springs Baptist Church in Theodore. The family wishes to express grateful thanks for the love and support given to her over the past years.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2021, at 12:00 p.m. from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
