Barbara Butterfield

Barbara Jean Strader Butterfield, age 94, passed away in Mobile, AL on July 22, 2020. She was well-loved and will be dearly missed by her family, friends and neighbors. Mrs. Butterfield was born on September 27, 1925, in Macomb, Illinois. She was the daughter of Simeon O. Strader and Pearl A. (Bagley) Strader. Barbara spent most of her life being doted on by her husband, William Gene Butterfield (Married on December 20, 1945), until he passed away on January 14, 2014.

She leaves behind her daughters, Christie J. Morris, Cindy J. (John) Miears, Cathy J. (Keith) Howell; grandchildren, Candi (David) Murray, Cookie Palmer, Kelly Miears, Shannon (Kae) Miears, Raychel (Randy) Larson, Michael (Danielle) Howell, Nicole (Brandon) Dowell; great grandchildren, Andrew, Patrick, Sean, Aaron, J.J., Chloe, Ash, Clayton, Barrett, Harper, Nana and Logan.

Graveside services and interment will be held on Saturday, August 8th at 10am in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 6100 Three Notch Rd. Mobile, AL
