Betty Richburg

Betty Joyce (Missildine) Richburg, age 82, passed away in Wiggins, MS on January 24, 2026.

Mrs. Richburg and her husband owned and ran Richburg's Hardware Store in Gulfport, MS., only closing it's doors recently after 84 years in business. She was a member of O'Neal Road Church of Christ for many years until illness kept her from attending. She absolutely loved her Lord and cherished her family with all of her heart.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ariel Missildine, Jr., and Merle Register Missildine; and one grandson, Tyler Richburg.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 60 years, Larry T. Richburg; children, Shayna (Christopher) Farner and Adam Richburg; grandchildren, Jesse Farner and Layla (Jordan) Ray; brothers, Ronnie Missildine and Brent (Lisa) Missildine; other relatives and many friends.

Services will be held at O'Neal Road Church of Christ in Gulfport, MS on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, with visitation from 11:00 a.m. until the 12:00 p.m. funeral service. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery. Services are in the care of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
