Billy Ray Talton

Billy Ray Talton, age 89, passed away on September 19, 2024, in Mobile, AL. 

He was born on April 21, 1935, to Cecil and Janie Talton in Sylacauga, AL. Mr. Talton retired from Ward International. He was an avid Auburn fan, loved cooking and was known to his grandchildren and great-grandchildren as “Daddy B”. 

Mr. Talton is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Linda Talton; children, Billie Jean (Lonnie) Parsons, Debbie (James) Ezelle, and Teresa Aras; grandchildren, Lonnie Ray (Brooke) Parsons, Christopher Alex (Savannah Tew) Parsons, James Joseph (Melissa) Ezelle, Jenna (Anthony) Beck, Brandon K. Hughes, John (Heather) Vella; great-grandchildren, Jackson Houston Vella, Jefferson Allen Vella, Christian Wayne Parsons, Mary Catherine Ezelle and Elizabeth Anne Ezelle. 

Services will be at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, with private family visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. graveside service in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Friends of the family should gather in the procession line between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. to attend the graveside service.
