Brandt Leonard Jr.

Brandt Virden Leonard, Jr., a native of Jackson, Ms and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at the age of 88.
He retired from Gayfers Department Store. He was preceded in death by his wife, Annie Laurie Hawkshead Leonard and his parents, Brandt Virden Leonard, Sr. and Fannie Buck Leonard. He is survived by his daughter, Cynthia Leonard Woods, of Mobile, AL his sisters, Teeny Leonard Sanderson of Laurel, MS, and Greer Leonard Roger Watts of San Mateo, CA her brother, Tim Leonard, of Jackson, MS three grandchildren, Jessica Eric Chaney, Jonathan Tiffany Woods and Justin Woods two greatgrandchildren, Tyler Chaney and Jackson Woods nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are by Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Condolences may be offered at www.mmgfuneralhome.com
