Cecilia Kinard

Cecilia Bernadette Kinard, a native of Saraland, Alabama, passed away on September 14,2023. She was born on August 3, 1942. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed. She loved her morning coffee on the patio, enjoyed her walks outside, loved cooking and watching her soap operas.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Morris Joseph Goldberg and Marie Amalise Melancon Goldberg and her husband, William Ken Kinard, Sr.

Cecilia is survived by her sons, William Ken Kinard, Jr., William Harold Kinard and daughter Sharon Marie York; her brothers, Lanny Goldberg, Patrick Goldberg, Tommy Goldberg; her sisters Anita Goldberg, Mary Goldberg and Rosalee Goldberg.

She had lifelong friends Melinda Wood, Billie Jo Wood and Carol Wood.

Funeral services for Mrs. Kinard will be held on Tuesday, September 19,2023, at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, with Bob Barr officiating. Burial will follow the service in Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held prior to the services from 12-1 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
