Devoted & loving wife, mother and grandmother. Native of Grove Hill, AL, and life-long resident of Mobile, graduate of Clarke County High School, and studied nursing at Providence Hospital. Preceded in death by her husband, James Norman Garratt; her parents, DeWitte McMullen and Hettie Autry McMullen; sisters Dell McRee, Doris Duke, Ouida McMullen, and Hazel Finke and many, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is survived by her four children; Toni Hayden (David), Linda Waller, Mike Garratt (Sherry) and Phil Garratt (Gail), grandchildren Thom Gann (Beth), David Vinson (Kristi), Josh Waller, Adam Waller (Jillienne), Melissa Bolton (Robby), Jennifer Williams (Nathan), Ben Garratt (Yoko), and Catherine Fothergill (Michael), great-grandchildren Hayden Gann, Skyler Vincent, Kendall Williams, Zack Bolton and Isaiah Garratt.
