Cubiedene Sellers Hickman, 81 - a resident of Mobile, AL and a native of Geneva County, AL died at the home of her son in Montgomery, AL on Wednesday after an extended illness. Mrs. Hickman was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She was an avid gardener, craftsman and homemaker. Mrs. Hickman was a founding member of Woodridge Baptist Church of Mobile, AL. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 58 years, T.K. Hickman; her parents, B.W. and Claudine Sellers; brothers, John L. Sellers and Leon Sellers. She is survived by her son, Tony Hickman of Montgomery, AL; daughters, Sandra Chautin (Douglas) of Mobile, AL; and Lori Mills (Jimmy) of Grand Bay, AL; grandchildren, Beau Chautin, Amy Chautin and Taylor Mills; sisters, Nadine Worley and Ozelle Davis; brothers, Archie Sellers and Otis Sellers, many nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends. Services will be held Saturday, July 18 2015 at 2:00 PM in the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will start at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
