Cynthia Nolen

Cynithia Diane (Shaw) Nolen, age 59, passed away on June 20, 2024, in Mobile, AL. She was born in Greenwood, MS on August 20, 1964, to parents Travis Shaw and Barbara Johnson.

Mrs. Nolen was a graduate of the class of 1983 from Strider Academy in Charleston, MS. She was a dedicated homemaker who proudly homeschooled her two children, enjoyed baking goods and designing floral arrangements, and delivering meals and gifts to others. She will be deeply missed by all who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Travis W. Shaw.

Left to cherish her memory are her husband, Robert Nolen of Theodore, AL; daughter, Alyssa Nolen of Saraland, AL; son, Matthew Nolen of Theodore, AL; mother, Barbara Johnson of Littleton, NC; siblings, Donna Moore and Carl Shaw, both of Endi, MS; other relatives and many friends.
