Donald Harris

Mr. Donald Hardy Harris, age 78, a native and resident of Mobile, Alabama died on May 5, 2015. Mr. Harris retired in 1992 as a Post Master with the US Postal Service, he served in the US Air Force for 5 years and was a member of City Church. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Carolyn Harris; three children, Darlene (Billy) Gulsby, Marcy (Johnny) Taylor, Donna Mothershed; twin brother, Ronald Gavin Harris; two sisters, Nellree (Gene) Gueret, Ayleen (Jessie) Jackson; six grandchildren, Jessica (Travis) Ford, Will (Neva) Gulsby, Amy (Nick) Rachael, Donald (Deshaye) Taylor, Monica (Steven) Eaton, Stephanie Mothershed; 2 great grandchildren, Abbey Blaire Ford and Elise Marie Gulsby. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 11, 2015 at 10:00 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held on Monday 9:00 AM until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
