Eleanor O. McLaughlin born March 27, 1933 passed away at home at the age of 93 on Thursday, July 30, 2026. A native of Mobile, AL. and a longtime member of Tillmans Corner Baptist Church.

A beautiful loving mother, grandmother, and friend, she is survived by her 5 children. Lakey Fitzgerald (Martha) Malcolm, AL., Cheryl Hall, Theodore, AL., Michael Fitzgerald, Theodore, AL., Kimberly Laird (David), Theodore, AL., Karen Rogers (Dale), Theodore, AL. She was proceeded in death by 2 grandsons, Jason Kountz and Jeremy Fitzgerald, and survived by 10 grandchildren, Lanae Fitzgerald, Tiffany Denham, David Laird Jr., Reese Kountz, Matthew Laird, Kyler Fitzgerald, Jayme Kline, Jessica Averette, Joeseph Fitzgerald, Haley Hall and 15 great-grandchildren. Her lifetime dedication to the Lord and her family will forever be cherished in our hearts and memories.

Homegoing services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, August 3, visitation at 11:00 am and Funeral Services at 12:00 pm. Followed by graveside burial at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
