Mr. Eligie Truman Pridgen, age 70. Born on May 16, 1945 in Mobile, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in Wilmer, Alabama. He retired in 2006 from The Alabama State Docks, served in the US Navy and was a 1965 graduate of Semmes High School. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Brenda D. Pridgen; two daughters, Leslie P. (Cyrus) Gates, Cindy P. (Jason) Dobbs; siblings, Betty (Dave) Taylor, Douglas (Carole) Pridgen, Jo Ann Watson; four grandchildren, Paige, Carley, Cadi and Brady. Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 9, 2016 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be held on Monday 12 noon until service time at the funeral home.
