Ernest E. Jackson, Sr, a native and longtime resident of Mobile, died on Friday. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Viet Nam. He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Ann Jackson; three children, Ernest E. (Amy) Jackson, Jr., Charles H. Moore, III and Melissa Ann Jackson-Worrell; one brother, Dewey Earl (Sandra) Jackson, Jr.; nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and other relatives. Funeral services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, May 18, 2015 at 2 PM. Visitation will start at 12 noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
