Francis Foley

Frances Floreine McMillian Foley, a native of Leaf, MS and longtime resident of Mon Luis Island, AL, died Saturday, August 25, 2018 at the age of 94. She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church; helped organize and was a member of the Women's Auxiliary of American Legion Post 250; a member of Club 31; was formerly employed by Saad's Medical; and was the Medical Records Librarian for University of South Alabama Medical Center for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Hector McMillian and Elizabeth McRay McMillian; her husband, Patrick Henry Foley; her sister, Ethel McMillian New and her brother, Harold M. "Uncle Red" McMillian. Her survivors include her son, Frank L. (Lynn) Foley, Sr. of Mon Luis Island, AL; three grandchildren, Stephanie Foley (Brian) Hulon, Frank L. Foley, II and Mitchell (Melissa) Brabham; one great-grandchild, Lilly Hulon; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday from 10:00 AM until service time. Rosary will be recited at 11:30 AM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
