Frederick O. "Ted" Brown, Sr, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, died on Thursday. He was a retired service supervisor from Sears. Mr. Brown was a Korean Army Veteran and had served in the Merchant Marines. He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Brown. He is survived by his son, Ted (Susie) Brown, Jr.; grandson, Frederick Michael Brown; granddaughter, Laura Michelle Brown; sister, Betty Jo (Pete) Cobb; brother, Richard (Ann) Brown; nieces, nephews and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, November 14, 2016 at 10 am. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 5 pm. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
