Haley Preston

Haley Jordan Preston, 28, of Mobile, AL passed away peacefully and surrounded by the love of her family and friends on April 7, 2025. Haley was a bright light, peaceful soul, and a refuge of kindness to all who had the pleasure of knowing her. In her 28 years she infinitely loved and touched the lives of so many.

She graduated with honors from The Rock School in Theodore, AL in 2014 and went on to receive her associate's degree from Faulkner State Community College in 2016. She became an assistant manager at Target in Daphne, AL while attending Blue Cliff Career College in Mobile, AL to fulfill her lifelong dream of helping people feel better by becoming a Massage Therapist. She had been working as a massage therapist at Nouveau Day Spa & Salon in Midtown Mobile since May of 2024. She was a lover of music and played the guitar and piano since childhood. She was also an avid reader and loved to dance having taken lessons for 15 years at Jubilee School of Dance in Theodore, AL. She was also an admirer of the arts and had attended numerous ballets, opera and symphonies at the Saenger Theater in Mobile, AL over the last 20 years.

She is survived by her father, Richard Earl Preston (Marisa Leigh Preston), her mother, Michelle Conway Preston (Kevin Wayne O'Leary), her brothers, Benjamin Michael Preston and Asa Sutton Rayne Preston, her sister, Myra Rae Moretti, her devoted longtime boyfriend, Chase Binsted, her grandmothers, Andrea Faye Preston (William Hatch) and Marie Theresa Boone Wingard and her grandfather Dennis Wayne Conway, her aunts Tina Lundy (Perry Lundy) and Adrienne Chelsea Swendson, and uncles Damon Paul Conway and Ian Joseph Swendson, many cousins and friends.

The family would like to thank all those who have reached out to comfort and support them in this time of grieving.
