Howard was a resident of Spanish Fort, AL. He was a dedicated manager/owner for many years in the Food Supermarkets in Alabama and Mississippi. Howard enjoyed fishing and traveling with his wife.

He was preceded in death by; his wife, Jewel Hamilton; his parents, Howard A. Hamilton Sr., and Lucille Hamilton; and three brothers, Vester Hamilton, Alex Hamilton, and Carey Hamilton.

Howard is survived by; his two sons, Jason Hamilton and Brian Hamilton; his cousins and many friends.

His funeral service will be held at 12 P.M., on June 12th, 2026, at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Mobile Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11 A.M. to 12 P.M., on June 12th, 2026, at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
