Howard Kellgren

Howard Carl Kellgren, age 87, born in Hackensack, NJ and a resident of Mobile, AL, died peacefully on May 6, 2014. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Nell, and his son, Jerry and his parents, Carl H. Kellgren and Agnes Betty Wilson Kellgren. He is survived by his children, Debbie Olsen, Pam Robert Ross, Steve Loida Kellgren and Ron Terri Kellgren seven grandchildren and fourteen greatgrandchildren. In his early career he worked for his alma mater LSU. Go Tigers He then transferred to Ohio and had a career at Select Sires, Inc. where he was Director of Production. In 1986 the Howard C. Kellgren Production Center was named in his honor. After his retirement, he and his wife, Nell, moved to Lillian, AL where they were long time residents. Funeral Services will be held from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M. on Monday, May 12, 2014. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday evening May 11, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to the Alzheimers Association , P. O.
