James Curtis, Sr.

James A Curtis, Sr., age 65, passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2020. Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

James was born in Wayne, Michigan, and was a resident of Mobile, Alabama for many years. He was a welder and worked for Ingalls Shipbuilding.

James is survived by his son, James A. Curtis, Jr. (Kelli) of Tillman's Corner, Alabama; daughter, Theresa Anderson (Clint) of Tillman's Corner, Alabama; 9 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; brother, Kenny Curtis (Sandy) of Theodore, Alabama; sister, Paulette Smith Curtis of Eight Mile, Alabama; sister Regina Cauley (James) of Satsuma, Alabama; and 12 nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, July 25, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Saturday, July 25, 2020, at 10:00 AM. Interment will be in the Wilson Annex of Wolfe Ridge Cemetery.
