James Patrick

James Michael Patrick (Jim), passed away peacefully on July 27, 2025, at the age of 60, with his beloved wife by his side.

Jim is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Patrick, and their three sons: Brandon (Cady), Caleb (Devin), and Seth (Courtney). He was a proud and loving grandpa to his four precious grandchildren: Payson, Jameson, Griffin, and Brooklyn.

He is also survived by his parents, Peter J. Patrick and Cynthia M. Patrick; his sister, Kathie (Joe) Laudano; his aunt, Marilyn Hunchak; his uncle, George Patrick; and many beloved cousins.

Jim was preceded in death by his grandparents, Louis & Mary Kovacs and Simon & Anna Patrick; his uncle, Robert Hunchak; and his aunt, Patricia Patrick.

Jim spent most of his career as a claims adjuster, a role that perfectly suited his deep knowledge of vehicles and his desire to help people. Whether it was a minor fender bender or a major accident, he approached every claim with care, expertise, and compassion. He could diagnose car issues in minutes and had a knack for making anyone feel at ease.

More than his career, Jim was known for his unwavering faith and his love for Jesus. A godly man with a true servant's heart, Jim never met a stranger. He was generous, kind, and always ready to lend a hand or a listening ear. Throughout his life, he served faithfully in many roles within the church and always placed his faith and family at the center of everything he did.

Jim's legacy lives on in the lives he touched-through his deep love for his wife and sons, the laughter and joy he brought to his grandchildren, and the friendships he nurtured with sincerity, warmth and sense of humor.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, August 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at South Coast Church, 9050 Jeff Hamilton Rd, Mobile, AL 36695. The service will be live streamed at live.southcoast.church.

For those that would like to join our family in fellowship and celebration of Jim's life, a meal will follow at The Venue at Johnson, 9014 Johnson Rd S, Mobile, AL 36695.
