James West

James Everett West, March 5, 1928 - September 3, 2016, A native of Brewton, AL and resident of Mobile, AL died on Saturday, September 3, 2016 at the age of 88. Mr. West a veteran of the United States Army and was a Switchman-Breakman with the railroad. He was preceded in death by his wife, Bernice West; parents, Mammie and Jack West; sisters, Inetta Blair and Clara Murph; son, Bobby Ellis; grandsons, Ronnie and Neal Brown. He is survived by two children, Brenda Loftin and Louise Brown; sister, Gladys (Joe) Fuqua; brother, Edgar (Bobby) West; six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren. Visitation will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 7, 2016 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM followed by funeral services in the chapel.
