Jessie L."Granny" Kanaly, a longtime resident of Mobile, died on Friday. She was preceded in death by her son, John "Boo" Kanaly III. She is survived by her children, Jeanine (Randy) Gresham, Sherrye (Jim) Willmann and Vicki Kanaly; one sister, Verna Dean Touchstone; four grandchildren, Rob (Tammaney) Willmann, Cherokee (Keith) Carlson, Stephen (Jill) Willmann and John (Jamie) Willmann; four great grandchildren, Fayre', Lilly, Leo, Kai Willmann and other relatives. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, April 5, 2016 at 2pm at Dawes Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Little Sisters of the Poor, 1655 McGill Ave., Mobile, AL 36604.
