Jo Ming

Jo Ann Ming, a native of Union Church, AL, died on Sunday, the 24th of January at her home.

Born in 1939, Jo Ann went on to receive her LPN degree. She excelled in a number of occupations through the course of her professional life, including nursing, administration and property management.

Jo Ann had a love of the mountains and was an avid traveler. She was highly committed to her church and her community, always seeking to aid others in need. Her kind and loving nature was felt by all those around her.

Jo Ann is survived by her husband, Geoff Ming, mother, Helen Jarvis, sister, Bonnie Clark, son Brian Fields, three daughters, Tina Sanchez, Angel Burdick and Maria Sangilan, 10 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed.

Visitation will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens, Tuesday January 26th, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral services will be held at 12pm Wednesday January 27th, at New Life Christian Fellowship, located at 30861 Hilton Drive in Mobile. Internment to follow services in Serenity Memorial Gardens.
