Joan Bosarge

Joan Johnson Bosarge, 67, a lifelong resident of Coden, AL went to be with the Lord Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018. She was a kind, loving person who loved flowers, sewing and reading. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice Dennis Bosarge; her parents, Joseph Ardist Johnson and Clara Elizabeth Bosarge Johnson; her brother, Kevin Eugene Johnson. She is survived by her son, Dennis Bosarge (Sirena); her daughter, Stellie Steele; one granddaughter, Elisabeth Bosarge; two brothers, Jerry Johnson (Elaine) and Leverne Johnson; three sisters, Frances Reichert, Donna Eddins (Bill) and Karen Harris; many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM from Coden United Methodist Church. Family visitation will be at the church from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM. Family and friends will be from 11:00 AM until service time. Interment will follow in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Bayou La, Batre, AL. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilefuneralservice.com.
