Joan May Leik Robinson, a native of Eagle, MI and current resident of Robertsdale, AL, died Wednesday, April 29, 2015 at the age of 83. She was a US Air Force Veteran and an Avon Representative for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmie Arthur Robinson, Sr.; her parents, Henry H. Leik and Dorothy Anna Kowatch Leik, and her sister, Rita Leik Secor. Her survivors include her daughter, Melinda Jeanne (Dennis) Priest; her son, Jimmie Arthur (Juanita) Robinson, Jr.; her siblings, Marcella Sanders, Rosemary Fouts, Elicia Rademacker, Judith Fenis, Richard Leik, Francis Leik and Lawrence Leik; six grandchildren, Shane (Julie) Robinson, Joseph (Jennifer) Robinson, Sean (Devin) Robinson, Jimmie Arthur (Jennifer) Robinson, III, Paul (Amy) Priest, Jeanne (Daniel) North and Alura Neville; twenty-three great- grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 1, 2015 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
