Lela Kuykendall

KUYKENDALL Mrs. Lela Mae Kuykendall, age 84. A longtime resident of Mobile, Alabama died peacefully Thursday, May 27, 2021 in the care of her eldest grandson. She was a member of Theodore First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Luther "Jack" Kuykendall and daughter Jacqueline Whitson. Mrs. Kuykendall is survived by brothers John Summerlin, Jim Summerlin, and Sister Ruby Piper. Two daughters, five grandchildren and several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 2, 2021 on at 10 AM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
