"Forever in our hearts, Loan Phan was a loving mother and grandmother. She was very humorous, kind and giving. We will always remember her as the best cook, card player and gardener. She has worked tirelessly her entire life for her family, now she rest in peace. She may no longer physically be with us, but we will have the beautiful memories of her in our hearts forever."
