Louise Hill

Louise Anderson Hill- Born September 25, 1932, departed this life on January 24, 2016. She was a native of Walker Springs, AL having grown up in the community of Perry's Chapel. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Lewis B. Hill Sr.; her parents, Jessie Roy and Bertie Bazzel Anderson; her granddaughter Lyndee Kinard. She is survived by her 6 children, Myra (Jim) Chestnut, Sr., Bryan (Sharon) Hill, Sandra (Tommy) Kinard, Terry Hill, Robin (Rick) Watson, Wendy (Ralph) McElroy; 9 Grandchildren, Lee (Stacy) Chestnut and their children, Jessica (Paul) Lowery, Jay and Joshua, Lance Chestnut, Lyle (Stephanie) Chestnut and their children Skylar and Jonathan, Kaz (Shana) Watson, Devin Watson, Seth Kinard, Kaleigh McElroy, Taylor McElroy and Jordan McElroy; 4 sisters and 2 brothers; nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and loved ones. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved having her "slumber parties" with her beloved grandchildren, where she would make her famous "granny biscuits" for them. She was an avid Alabama Football Fan, who loved traveling, cookimg and finding bargains at garage sales. She was a charter member of Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church in Creola, AL. Our mother will be deeply missed by family and friends alike. Funeral services will be held at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, January 28, 2016 at 2:00 PM with visitation from 12:00 Noon until the 2:00 service time. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. The service will be officiated by Pastor Al Moore. The pallbearers will be her grandsons, Lee, Lance and Lyle Chestnut, Seth Kinard, Kaz Watson, Jay, Joshua and Jonathan Chestnut.
