Margaret Jones

Our dearest Margaret Hanks Jones entered the gates of heaven to be with her heavenly eternal father on Wednesday, December 14th 2022. She is proceeded in death by her parents, Roderick D. Hanks and Margaret Stewart Hanks, her brother, James D. Hanks, her son in law, Todd Cedotal, her grandson, Joshua Bingham, and her Husband, James Harold Jones. She is survived by her three daughters Nancy Bingham (Bobby), Angela Cedotal, and Stephanie Upshaw. Eight grandchildren, Brittany Willie (Kevin), Victoria Williams (Toby), Justin Jordan (Kelly), Brandon Jordan, Lauren Jordan, Hailey Cedotal, Katelyn Upshaw, and Noah Upshaw. Eight grandchildren, Taylor Terry, Lucas and Davis Willie, Caroline, Paisley, Brooks, and Walker Williams, and Harper Jordan. Her brother in law, David Jones (Rosemary), and sister in law Verna Roberts. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a Secretary at Cottage Hill Baptist Church for 20 years, a prayer warrior who loved her savior Jesus Christ. She was devoted to her husband, children, grandchildren, and great children and dedicated her life and time to serving and caring for others. She was a grandmother that never missed a single baseball game, graduation, dance recital, awards ceremony, or holiday. She was married to the love of her life for 50 years, teaching each and everyone of her children and grandchildren how to be a loving spouse. She created a strong legacy for her family that will live on through them.
