Margie Gatti

May 8, 1925-May 15, 2019

Margie Elizabeth Ward Gatti, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the age of 94.  She was a registered nurse and retired from Doctors’ Hospital after many years of service; loved flowers, nature, trees and sharing stories.  She will always be remembers for her Christmas gifts to family and friends: All females received towels and all males received Hersey chocolate bars!!!  Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Edward W. Ward and Kate Nelson Ward; her sister, Kathryn Ward, and her brother, Edward J. Ward.  Her     survivors include three nieces, Robin (David) Isler, Susie McDonald (Mike) Tillman and Linda McDonald; one nephew, Michael Edward McDonald; other relatives and friends.  The family will receive friends Monday, May 20, 2019 from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.  Graveside services and interment, officiated by Brother, Mike Tillman, will follow at 10:00 AM in Mobile Memorial Gardens.  Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
