Marian Leslie “Winkie” Stewart, age 90, a native of Shreveport, LA and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, passed away on Friday, February 21, 2020 Winkie is survived by her son, Kenneth K. (Betty) Stewart; grandchildren, Stephanie Tolbert, David Stewart, Samantha Campbell, Sean Miller; great-grandchildren, Kendall & Gavin Tolbert and Christian, Logan and Edward Stewart. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer E. Stewart; son, Todd E. Stewart; daughter, Pamela Lynn Stewart Miller and brothers, Ivy and Louis Dunn.
Funeral services, officiated by Rev. B.J. Carpenter, will be held Thursday, February 27, 2020 at 12:00 Noon from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday morning from 10:00 AM until service time. Burial will be in Clear Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery.
