Mechelle Denise Seals

Mechelle Denise (Segur) Seals was born on September 3, 1965, and passed away on April 5, 2026.

Mechelle was a kindhearted, loving, and deeply caring woman who always put her family and loved ones above everything else. She had a way of bringing light into any situation, turning even the darkest days into something brighter with her warmth, strength, and love.

A strong and determined woman, Mechelle was a devoted single mother who worked tirelessly to build a better life for her family. While raising her two daughters, she earned her nursing degree as well as her bachelor's degree in criminal justice-an accomplishment that spoke to her resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment to her children and her future.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vivian and Bill Segur.

Mechelle leaves behind her two daughters: Jerrica and Rachel; her son-in-law, Kratos; her beloved grandchildren: Anthony and Geraldine; and her brother, Michael.

She found joy in the simple but meaningful moments in life-playing bingo, spending time bowling with her youngest, and supporting her creativity and passions. She cherished every visit with her oldest daughter, her husband, and her grandchildren, always striving to make each moment together very special and unforgettable.

Mechelle's love, strength, and selflessness touched everyone who knew her. She will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her family forever. She may be gone, but she will never be forgotten.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
