Nellie Simmons

Nellie Irene Frye Simmons, a native of Amelia County, VA and current resident of Fredericksburg, TX, passed away Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the age of 90. Predecesed by her parents, Robert Lee Frye and Nannie Bell Martin Frye her husband, Samuel Clinton Simmons her three brothers and two sisters. She is survived by her daughters, Melinda Perry Watts and Sandra Glen Gautreaux two grandchildren, Kimberly Elliott and Robbie Elliott five greatgrandchildren nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Monday, August 11, 2014 from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 Noon. Graveside services will follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
