Norma Lee Coughlin Ramsey, a native of Brockton, MA and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Sunday, July 24, 2016 at the age of 82. Norma loved writing poetry, was an avid reader and was devoted to her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Brooks Winslow Coughlin and Mildred Jones Coughlin; her husband, William Earle Ramsey; and two brothers, Richard Coughlin and Glenn Winslow Coughlin. Her survivors include two daughters, Karyn Ramsey and Sandra Ramsey Trainer and her fiance', Gayford Silloway; her grandson, Jeffrey Glenn Perro; her great-grandson, Jace Clayton; devoted lifelong friend, Janet Lyle; other relatives and friends.
