Patti Elizabeth Ford, age 77, passed away peacefully on July 5, 2026, in Mobile, Alabama.

Patti was a proud graduate of Murphy High School, Class of 1967. She dedicated many years of service to Grady Buick and later Comcast, where she was known for her strong work ethic, friendly personality, and genuine care for others. A longtime member of Dayspring Baptist Church, Patti's faith in the Lord was the foundation of her life and a source of strength, comfort, and guidance throughout the years.

Patti had a gift for bringing people together. Her love for animals, especially Dachshunds, was a sight to see. She loved cooking for family and friends and found great joy in sharing meals, laughter, and fellowship around the table. She never met a stranger and had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her compassionate heart, generous spirit, and desire to help others left a lasting impression on all who knew her. More than anything, Patti wanted those around her to be happy, and she lived her life reflecting the love and grace she found in her faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Minton Ford and Patsy Ruth Cogburn Ford; and her brother, Charles William "Bill" Ford.

Left to cherish her memory are her niece, Erika Ford; her nephews, Lee (Carla) Ford and Michael (Cristin) Ford; her great-nephews, Evan (Nadene) Ford and Erik Duran; her great-niece, Caylen Bray; her great-great-nieces, Kennedy, Harlow, and Harper; her dear friends, Orlando Nelson and Gil Span; and a host of beloved church friends and extended family members.

Patti's legacy of kindness, hospitality, faith, and love for others will continue to live on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her. She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
