Dec. 14, 1920 - Nov. 15, 2016 Pearl Phelps Scott passed from this life on November 15, 2016. She was a native of Andalusia, AL and a resident of Mobile. She is survived by a daughter, Betty Ann Chontas and a host of family and friends. A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 1:00 pm., Andalusia Memorial Cemetery, Andalusia, AL. A special thank you to the staff of Crowne Health Care, Navco Rd. for the wonderful care they gave our loved one. Forman Funeral Home, Andalusia, in conjunction with Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home is in charge of services. -
