Regina Harrell

Regina Butler Harrell (Gina), age 76, of Mobile, passed away peacefully December 19, 2024 at "The Retreat" hospice care after a 19 month battle with Leukemia. Regina was born in Mobile, raised in Crichton and graduated from Vigor High School in 1967.

Regina is survived by her son, Darby (Jennifer) Moses; daughter Jamie Harrell, two granddaughters Hannah (Ryan) Pitt, Gracie Moses; four grandsons Landon Smith, Jackson Shaw, Benjamin Shaw; one great grandson Elliot Rush.

She was preceded in death by her mother Vida Butler Stallings; father Jack Butler; Brother Raymond Butler; son Leonard Moses.

Regina was a wonderful mother who was always there for her children and others she loved. She always offered loving support, wisdom and love in abundance. She was a friend to many; she was a cherished member of the community and church. She is leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.

Gina loved spending time with her family and friends. She attended church at Harvest Time Assembly of God. She loved bird watching and spending Saturdays watching Alabama Football.

Her celebration of life will be December 27, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home chapel. Family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m., service at 12:00 noon. Graveside service to follow.
