Reynaldo Marfil

Reynaldo Carencia Marfil, age 75, of Mobile, Alabama passed peacefully on March 23, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Maura; daughter, Maurita "Jane" Nichols (Brandon); and sons, Charles Kelly and John Kelly along with 11 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents, Rosendo and Virginia Marfil and son, Ronald Kelly.

Rey was born on August 6, 1946 in the Philippines. He joined the US Coast Guard in 1969 and moved to the United States. After 27 years of service, he retired as a Chief Warrant Officer. He then worked at the Mobile Area Water and Sewer System for 20 years before retiring.

Friends and family are invited to attend visitation at 1:30 pm and service at 2:30 pm on Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
