Robert James Pate

On Friday, February 6, 2026, Robert "Bob" James Pate, age 76, of Mobile, Alabama, left us to go to a better place. He did so in the loving arms of his wife of 36 years, Susie Pate.

Bob enjoyed anything to do with water. He spent most of his summers by his pool enjoying the company of his only grandchild, Beau. Bob, his son Robert, and grandson Beau were known as "The Three Amigos." Robert's wife, Nicole, and Susie always enjoyed watching them as they enjoyed their time together in the sun.

One of Bob's happiest days was when his beautiful daughter, Bobbi, found the love of her life, Patrick, and they became Mr. & Mrs. Roach. Bobbi and Patrick enjoy their life together in Michigan.

There are too many other family members and countless friends that deserve to be mentioned, but you know who you are, and Bob loved each of you dearly.

A visitation with the family will be held on Monday, February 16, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. - Noon at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home, 6040 Three Notch Rd, Mobile, Alabama.
