Rose Mary McMahen, 1/28/1937 - 10/24/2026. Predeceased by her beloved husband, James (Jim) McMahen. Brother Charles M. Jones and sister in-law Judy Jones. Survived by her beloved sons, Donald (Don) W. Phillips, Jr. and David C. Phillips, siblings Col. John L. Jones (Betty), Cornelia (Connie) Starke, many other beloved relatives and friends. She was a former GM&O/ICG employee. Visitation at Mobile Memorial Gardens on Saturday Oct. 31st at 11 am and service starting at 12 pm by Pastor Shaun.
