Samuel H. Summersgill, a native of Whistler, AL and a longtime resident of Mobile, died on Sunday. He was a longtime employee of Mitternight Boiler Works. He is survived by his wife, Betty Mahoney Summersgill; two children, Michael Rhodes and Haley McDonald; five grandchildren, Katelyn, Brittany, Krista, Kylee and M.J. and other relatives. Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at 12 noon. Visitation Wednesday evening from 5 to 7 PM.
