Stephen C. Barrow, a native and lifelong resident of Mobile, AL, died at home on Sunday. He retired from the Mobile County Public School System with 27 years of service. He is survived by, Robbie (wife), (sons) Stephen, Glen (Kristin), Joshua (deceased), 7 grandchildren, many relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life on Saturday Aug. 8, 2015 at 5:00 pm call for info and directions (251) 725-8446.
