Thomas Allen Duggins Jr., affectionately known as Tommy, passed away on September 29, 2023, at the age of 50 in Mobile, Alabama. Born on December 16, 1972, in Madrid, Spain, he was the beloved son of Thomas Duggins Sr. and Martha (Jeff) Bertram.

Tommy had a passion for football and was an avid fan of the Tennessee Volunteers. His love for the game brought him immense joy throughout his life.

After graduating from Central High School in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1991, Tommy embarked on a successful career with TruBridge. For 13 years, he dedicated himself to his work with unwavering commitment and professionalism.

Tommy was predeceased by his grandparents, Bill and Jean Duggins from Knoxville, Tennessee, as well as James and Nathilee Harler from Kincaid, West Virginia.  

In addition to his parents, Tommy leaves behind his brother William "Billy" Duggins (Allison) of Moneta, Virginia; his niece Sienna Duggins; nephew Connor Duggins; aunts Pam Gorman (Larry) of Chapin, South Carolina; Beth Carter of Knoxville, Tennessee; Rebecca Clark from Fayetteville, West Virginia; uncles Larry Harler (Sonja) of Kincaid, West Virginia; Bill Harler (Betty) of Kincaid, West Virginia; Don Harler (Jan) of Oak Island, North Carolina; numerous cousins, and many dear friends.

A visitation will take place on October 14, 2023, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM followed by a service in the Chapel at Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home located at 6040 Three Notch Rd in Mobile, Alabama. The services will provide an opportunity for family and friends to come together to share memories and celebrate Tommy's remarkable life.

In Tommy's memory, his loved ones kindly request donations to be made to the SPCA of your choice. This would serve as a fitting tribute to his generous spirit and commitment to helping others.

Tommy's passing has left a void in the lives of all who knew him. He will be dearly missed but forever remembered for his kindness, infectious smile, and unwavering loyalty. May his soul rest in peace as his memory lives on in our hearts.
