Tommy Joe McCormick, a native of Piedmont, MO and a resident of Mobile for 45 plus years, and was a retired Captain with the Mobile Fire Dept. He served in the US Navy in Viet Nam. He was preceded in death by his; mother, father, sister and two brothers. He is survived by his wife of 38 years, Linda Bailey McCormick; devoted son; James B.(Stephanie) McCormick; estranged daughter, Dawn Michelle Harp; five grandchildren, Paige (Cole) Peil, Maggie McCormick, Danielle Pierce, Phoebe McCormick and Jack McCormick; six great-grandchildren and other relatives.Funeral services will be held from Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 2 PM. Visitation starts at 12 noon. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com
