Violet Dean Montgomery Bell, a native of Bradley, MS and longtime resident of Mobile, AL, died Monday, September 10, 2018 at the age of 91. She was a secretary and retired from McConnell-Honda after many years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, Siebert Meigs Montgomery and Ora Frances McHan Montgomery; and her husband, Jesse Myles Bell. Her survivors include her daughter, Linda Kay Bell (Thomas) Kus; a longtime devoted friend and caregiver, Richard D. Riley; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; other relatives and friends. Funeral services, officiated by Rev. Glenn Barnhill, will be held Friday, September 21, 2018 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. The visitation will be held Friday from 12:00 Noon until 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.mobilememorialfunerals.com.
