Vivian Hodge Obituary
Vivian Marie Hodge, 85, of Silverhill, AL, went to be with the Lord on August 31st, 2025. Born on March 1st, 1940, in Camden, AR, she was a cherished resident of Alabama for over 60 years. Vivian had a true passion for caring for others, particularly her son Todd, and found great joy in spending time with the Lord, attending church, and nurturing her garden.
For 40 years, Vivian dedicated herself to her business, Hairfashions by Vivian, where she brought joy and laughter to all her clients. Her infectious smile and sense of humor touched the lives of everyone she met. A devoted member of Manor Baptist Church, she held various positions over the years, with her heart particularly devoted to the Children's Ministry and the Jubilee Singers.
Vivian was preceded in death by; her beloved husband, Bernard Lee Hodge, her parents Thomas Ray and Della Ann Johnson, her brothers WP, James, Elmore, Travis, and Tommy Johnson, and her sisters Ethel Pearl Dorris and Shirley Johnson.
She is survived by; her two children, Todd Hodge and Stacy (Charles) Eubanks; four grandchildren, Chad, Brandon (Michelle), Travis (Morgan), and Lydia Eubanks; and give great-granddaughters, Chaisley, Emma, Emersyn, Everleigh, and Charlotte Eubanks. Vivian is also survived by her sister-in-law, Mary Johnson; her brother-in-law, Tommy (Debbie) Hodge, and many beloved nieces and nephews.
A heartfelt thank you goes to her niece, Barbara Lynn Johnson, for her unwavering support and care during Vivian's final days. Vivian considered all her friends as family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
